| Agent Travel Services - Terms and Conditions |
The following conditions and general information form your contract with
Agent Travel Services.
- How to make your booking:
Bookings may be made by e mail or by calling us directly. Once your booking reservation and deposit is received, we will confirm your reservation via e-mail.
- Payment and deposit:
Your reservation will be confirmed once we receive a deposit of 25% or payment in full. Also, the balance of your payment must be payed on the day of arrival.
- Security deposit:
You must pay a security deposit of 200.00 euro on the day of arrival. Any damages made or telephone calls made will be deducted from this deposit. If there are no damages or charges, the deposit will be refunded the day of departure.
- Contract:
This contract become binding between Agent Travel and you as soon as we issue your confirmation notice. This contract is governed by Croatian law and any disputes will be handled by the Courts of Croatia.
- Changes and Cancellations:
Any changes or cancellations that you wish to make must be e-mailed to us. If you cancel within four weeks prior to the date of arrival, your entire deposit and any payments made will be refunded in full. If you cancel less than four weeks prior to your date of arrival, you will lose your entire deposit. If you cancel seven days or less prior to your date of arrival, you will lose 100% of your deposit and payment.
- Changes or cancellations by Agent Travel:
We reserve the right to make changes and cancellations. However, we will try to never have to do this. If we do make changes and cancellations, we will offer you alternatives or refunds.
- Liability:
We will not be responsible of any illness, injury or death.
- Complaints:
We try to do our best to make your stay with us as injoyable as possible. However, we are aware that there are times that a complaint will arise. If this happens, all complaints must be made in writing to Agent Travel Services. We will handle any and all complaints in a speedy and agreeable mannor.
- Behavior:
We expect all of our clients and guests to be considerate of other people in the area and not to create stress or damage to property of others.
- Special requests:
If you have any special requests please notify us at the time of the booking.
- Passports and visas:
Each guest is responsible for obtaining and possessing all necessary passports and visas. A passport and or visa must be presented at the time of arrival.
- Acts of God:
We cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where we cannot meet our contractual obligations due to forces of nature or acts of God. Such forces of nature are those things that are totally uncontrolable and unforseeable by anyone including Agent Travel Services. These forces or acts might be but are not limited to such things as war, threats of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities (real or threatened), nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fires or any other similar events out of our control.
- Our liability to our clients:
We will provide you with accommodations with reasonable care. We cannot be responsible for you not enjoying your stay or suffering any problems due to conditions that you did not inform us about before your stay. We cannot accept responsibility for any services not performed that are not part of this contract. We promise to make the best accommodation to you. If there is a dispute, the laws and regulations of Croatia will apply in any complaint. We limit the maximum amount that we may have to pay to you for any and all claims or parts of claims that do not involve personal injury, illness or death. If we are found liable, we limit the amount to two times the price (excluding insurance premiums) that is paid on behalf of the person. This maximim amount will only be paid if everything as gone wrong and you have not received any single benefit from your stay. Any loss or damage to personal posessions, luggage, money etc will be set at 50.00 euro per person.
